By accessing or using cable14.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, including those who sign in as Cogeco or Rogers subscribers.

2. About CABLE 14

CABLE 14 is a public broadcasting television channel owned by TV Hamilton Limited, a not-forprofit community broadcaster serving the Hamilton area, owned by Cogeco Connexion Inc. (herein referred to as “Cogeco") and Rogers Communications Canada Inc.(herein referred to as “Rogers”) licensed by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). TheCABLE 14Site provides access to live television, on-demand video, program guides, and event information. The Site cable14.com is the public website of TV Hamilton Limited, operating as CABLE14.

3. Content and Copyright

All content on this Site — including video programs, show descriptions, images, logos, and scheduling information — is owned by TV Hamilton Limited (oa CABLE 14) or its content partners and is protected by copyright under the Copyright Act (Canada).

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission from TV Hamilton Limited (oa CABLE 14).

Some of the content available on the Site will be community programming content co-produced with the City of Hamilton or other community partners. If you wish to license or reuse content, please contact CABLE 14 directly at 905-523-1414.

4. Subscriber Access

Certain content is restricted to active Cogeco and Rogers subscribers in the Greater Hamilton area.By signing in with your subscriber credentials, you confirm that:

You are an authorized subscriber in good standing
You will not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access to restricted content
Access is personal and non-transferable

TV Hamilton Limited (oa CABLE 14) does not manage your Rogers or Cogeco account. Questions about your subscription, billing, or account management must be directed to your service provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree "not to":

Access content or systems beyond your authorized access level
Use any automated tool (bot, scraper, crawler) to download or reproduce video streams or site content
Circumvent or interfere with authentication, tokenization, or digital rights management systems
Post, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others
Use the Site for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from TV Hamilton Limited
Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable federal, provincial, or local law

6. Video Streaming

Live and on-demand video is delivered through third-party streaming infrastructure. Availability is subject to technical conditions, broadcast licensing, rights agreements, and network capacity. TVHamilton Limited (oa CABLE 14) does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming and is not responsible for outages or quality issues caused by third-party infrastructure, your internet service provider, or your device.

7. Accessibility
